**Feature & Follow #41**

Happy Friday and welcome to the Blog Hop!

Feature & Follow is a weekly blog hop hosted by the talented ladies behind AlisonCanRead and Parajunkee's View. The intent of this blog hop is to get out there and meet other bloggers and gain new followers yourself. What sets this blog hop apart is the Feature. Each week, two blogs are featured, one at AlisonCanRead and one at Parajunkee's View. So make sure to hop over to those blogs to check out this week's Features.

This week's Features are:
YA Asylum
Literary ChameleonTale of Two Doxies
This week's question:
What book would you like to read again, for the first time, and why?

My answer:
Pride & Prejudice
I've read P&P countless times over the years and love it each and every time. But I first read it at 13, and even though it impacted me hugely, I would like to be able to read it, for the first time, with a bit more maturity. The older I get, the more meaningful the book becomes.

  1. Gosh I so agree. I've read P&P a ridiculous number of times and it means so much to me for numerous reasons, but if I could just let every time be the first time!

    1. *sigh* yeah, it'd be great, Berls. My husband laughs every time I re-read it - he asks if ended differently. :)

  3. I finally got to read Pride and Prejudice just this past semester so I am finally in the know for the love of this book. Great choice and I have to say I would love to see my reaction if I had gotten to read this book earlier.

  4. That is so neat that you read this at thirteen. Sometimes I wonder how my world would have shifted if I was a big reader when I was younger. Great pick, Brandee! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!! No football. I have no idea what takes its place over here.

    1. Reading has always been my escape, Robyn. I'm sure your world would have shifted in some ways if you'd been a big reader when you were younger - but honestly, I think you turned out pretty well! ;)

I hope your weekend has been great. Apparently, at least around my house, outdoor chores, such as shoveling snow and chopping wood, takes the place of football! ;) <3

  5. I love Pride and Prejudice. It's been so long since I last read it though. I really enjoy the BBC adaptation of it too. If you haven't already, you should see it :)
