Genre: Adult Erotic Romance

Synopsis
My name is Willow Masters. I'm a senior in college, I'm smart and I keep to myself. I haven't had an "incident" in years. What all of these facts have in common is that none of them made any difference when it came to Ebon Daniels.

He started out as my sister's date. I was instantly infatuated, but had no plans to do anything about it. I even managed to keep my feelings hidden when he took over my Modernist Literature class for the semester. The problems didn't start until my sister took pages from my book - literal pages from a book I was writing - and gave them to the one person never intended to see them. That's the the lies started. That's also when I saw an opportunity to make my only dream become a reality.

So I took it.

And nothing will ever be the same again.

How could one like spark a wildfire that burned down everything in its path? How could it get me all I ever wanted and then cost me everything that ever mattered?

It doesn't seem possible, but it is. It's possibly, it's true and it's tragic. In my book, there is a happy ending, but I don't know if my life will have the same outcome.

My name is Willow Masters and this is the story of how falling in love with my teacher nearly destroyed both of our lives.

And how it still might.

Oh, what a tangled web we weave, Ms. Masters.

There is so much I want to say about Teaching Willow but I can't say it without giving things away. So here goes:

Willow Masters has a problem. She's in love with her professor, Ebon Daniels, who also happens to be her sister's boyfriend. When Sage, Willow's sister, betrays her to Ebon, Willow tells one little lie. A lie that snowballs into quite the chain of events which involves lots of sex and duplicity.

Teaching Willow is told from both Willow's and Ebon's POVs. It added so much to the character development as well as the tension. Willow seems smart, but shy and unsure of herself. She has some sort of history, that once revealed, may help to explain her actions. But one thing's for sure, she's desperately in love with Ebon. So she's willing to take the opportunity given to her to spend time with him. In getting to know Willow, I could see where she was coming from. Ebon, however, is more self-aware, as we see in his internal dialog. Reading his internal debates was enlightening. Knowing his thoughts only made his actions more delicious!

Teaching Willow is like seeing an impending train wreck...I knew it's going to be tragic but I couldn't help but continuing to read. It kept me biting my nails throughout. I worried about the decisions Willow was making, trying to understand her logic and fraught with tension over how it's all going to work out. I'm hooked, Ms. James, and I'm oh so glad I have a short wait for the next session! ;)
