**That's What HE Said ~ #11**

That's What He Said is a weekly meme hosted by the lovely ladies @Chapter Break. Here's the deal: every Thursday, post a line from your book boyfriend to his heroine. Keep in mind, these are direct quotes from dialog in the books. The quote doesn't have to be romantic - just something our hunky hero said to his lucky lady. Be sure to link up over at Chapter Break as well.

This week I'm picking my That's What He Said from:

Blood Fever by Karen Marie Moning

"One day you will kiss a man you can't breathe without, and find that breath is of little consequence."
-Barrons to Mac

I mentioned Barrons last week in a comment to Julie and Rose @Chapter Break and that, of course, got me really thinking about him. It's been awhile since I was in the Fever world...I'm anxious to get back to it. ;) I just might have to re-read since Ms. Moning is keeping us waiting...

  1. *sighs and groans* Barrons is awesome! And that quote made me want to do a re-read, too Brandee. As if I don't have enough new books to read... Thanks for that ;)
I hope you're all having a fantastic week. *BIG HUGS*

    1. OH MY GOODNESS!! I can't believe you've not read KMM, Silvia! Drop everything and read her NOW!! Oh, she has a highlander series that's technically pre-Fever but I read them after I'd finished the Fever series (or actually while I was waiting on the last book) and they're fab too!

  10. *sigh* I freaking LOVE Barrons. I swear - he's my go to alpha male. My brother just started reading Iced and it got me thinking about Fever and then, well, I started really wishing Burned were out already :(

    1. Right??? I don't know if he was my first real ALPHA or not but he's definitely the one that sticks in my brain from when I started reading paranormals. KMM is definitely making us wait for Burned. I'm happy your brother is reading Iced! :)

  11. I told my son to donate all my usable organs in case of a tragedy. I'm done with it so let someone else have it so they can extend their lives. Great interview!
