Bought, Borrowed, & Bagged #67 ~ RT Part Deux

Bought, Borrowed, & Bagged is a weekly meme, hosted by TalkSupe, where I share with you the books I have bought, borrowed, or bagged (gifted or won) plus a recap of the previous week's reviews, upcoming reviews, and any other bookishness I want to share. :)

***

I watched my middle schoolers "Continue" this past week - they're not officially freshman. Eek! And all my kiddos are out for summer vacation. I've enjoyed my first few days with them. :) I'm still catching up - sorry I'm behind on commenting and commenting back...I'll get there, I promise!

How was y'all's week??

In my RT Haul post last week, I completely forgot to mention that I won a $10 GC at the Pictionary event! Aaand, I also scored TWO flashdrives! One from Smashwords with over 275 books on it and one from Sidney Bristol with her books on it. Woohoo!

  3. Wow, a flash drive with 275 books. Sounds like you'll be busy for quite a while.
Glad you're enjoying the holidays with your kids. Our first semester is just winding up. I'm spending a lot of time helping my kids complete projects and study for exams. Then we get a two week winter break before the second semester starts. Yay!

  4. 275 books?!? Wow, that's insane, Brandee :) And so great! I can't believe your kids are out of school - mine is still on until the first week of July. Meh, the British system is like that :\ When I was in school, holiday started on June 15 and went on until September 15, which was awesome. Three clean months of fun :) Happy Monday!

  8. Yeah! Can you believe it?!? You know what I'm going to be doing come fall when my kids are back in school - they're all in high school now so my oldest will be driving everyone. I might be able to make it through a few of them then. ;)

  9. Ah yes, time is something that's hard to come by. ;) But I'll figure out something so I can read at least a few of them. :)

  10. Omigoodness! I loved The Ruby Circle. I actually finished it 3 weeks ago. I wanted to be done by the time I got to see Richelle Mead at RT! *squee* I hope your week is going well so far!

  11. Yes, I'll certainly be busy for the foreseeable future, huh?!? ;) I know exactly what you've been going through with your kiddos. I had the same thing going on here the week before I left and the week I got back from RT. Good luck! ;)

  12. It is rather insane...I'm drowning in books. Of course, there are worse things to drown in, am I right? ;) I'm really enjoying having my kiddos home. Their break is from May 28-Aug 17...not nearly long enough! I hope your week is going well!

  13. I know, Terri! I need to take the time to weed through it - to see what I might already own or have already read. It was a nice bonus though! :)

  14. bwahahahaha How am I going to read all those books? The same way I read the many, many books already on my ereaders...very slowly. :/ Seriously though, I need to take a closer look to see what all is on the drives. Who knows what I might find!
