2015 Challenges
My 2015 Bookish Resolutions were:
- Improve my Netgalley Rating (started at 15.2%)
- Listen to one audio book per quarter.
- Write more discussion posts and/or create some fun features for my blog.
***
I overachieved with my audiobook resolution. I'd challenged myself to listen to 4 this year and ended up listening to 19! I'm an audio addict!
I created/continued my discussion posts/fun features, Travel by the Book, Beyond the Books, and Brandee's Bookish Babble. I also continued with my Traveling to the Terminus feature, as well as my OctobeRec Fest feature. I will continue these next year.
*FAILED* I challenged myself to read 24 particular books. I only succeeded in reading 18. I'll do better next year. ;)

I set a goal of 51+ books or My Shelves and I Are Going Steady for this challenge. I ended the year having read 85. I also did fairly well with refraining from buying books - with the exception of freebies. ;)
My goal was to reach Genre Hopper status, 3-10 LGBT books in any genre. I reached that goal by reading 8. :D
I challenged myself achieve God level or 6-10 books and I achieved this goal by reading 7 total.
Originally, I challenged myself to reach New Release Newbie status - or 1-15 books. Since I met that goal, I decided to aim higher. ;) I set a new goal of New Release Pro - or 16-30 books. And I met that goal as well! So I set a new goal of New Release Enthusiast - or 45+ books. In December, I added FIVE more New Releases to my list. Woohoo! ;) That brings my total to 57 New Releases - which means I have kicked this challenge's butt! ;)
I am officially a New Release Enthusiast!!!
I aimed for Level 3 which was 3-24 books. I ended up reading or listening to 12.
I shot for Level 2 which is 2-12 books. I made it to 10 and that's where I end the year. :)
I read so many new-to-me authors this year...so my goal is Level 5 which is 5-100 books. I ended the year having read 56 books that count towards this challenge. ;D
