**Feature & Follow ~ #31**

Happy Friday and welcome to the Blog Hop!

Feature & Follow is a weekly blog hop hosted by the talented ladies behind AlisonCanRead and Parajunkee's View. The intent of this blog hop is to get out there and meet other bloggers and gain new followers yourself. What sets this blog hop apart is the Feature. Each week, two blogs are featured, one at AlisonCanRead and one at Parajunkee's View. So make sure to hop over to those blogs to check out this week's Features.

This week's Features are:
The Whimsical Mama
I Read, Ergo, I Write

This week's question:

If you could only have ONE book for the rest of your life,
what would it be?

Hands down, my Jane Austen anthology! I don't consider this cheating since it IS one book...it just happens to contain all her works. :) And since I missed out on last week's selfies, I combined this week's and last week's questions. :) Not the greatest photo, but I took it of myself so what do you expect?!?

What about y'all? What would be your ONE book??

  1. Hopping through. Jane Austen anthology is a fair and clever choice. Good work.

  2. Nice! I thought it would be cheating since I did the same with mine. I think I did cheat though! You can see my inner blabbing going on in my post!

  3. Love your picture Brandee! And I think an anthology is totally fair, it is only one book, and that's what was specified. I'm wondering now if it would be possible to transform all of my kindle books into one single book as well...

Have a fantastic Friday :) I look forward to seeing which undead sidekick you come up with for tomorrow! *hugs*

    1. Thanks, Lexxie! Hmm, I think if we were to compile all our ebooks into an anthology, we'd probably win the world record for largest bound book! LOL

I hope your Fridas was fabulous and that you're enjoying your weekend! *hugs*

  4. Definitely not cheating. It is one book with one binding and one ISBN that just happens to contain a series of stories. I went with a similar approach :) Here’s my F&F

    1. Thanks, Athina. Yeah, I skirted the rules a tiny bit, but you have to admit it'd be a tough choice! :)

  7. great choice! Unfortunately, I haven't read any of her work yet - I started Pride and Prejudice, but was kind of in a book slump and couldn't get interested in ANYTHING. I've also started listening to Mansfield Park - which I was really enjoying, but was hard to hear in the car. BUT I do have a book of her complete work on my shelf that I completely intend to read someday (:

    1. Hi, Tina! Thanks for following.

I hope you do get through Austen's novels one day. She's my very favorite author of all time. :) I got my oldest daughter into reading her by having her watch Pride & Prejudice with me. Now she's read P&P and Sense & Sensibility.

I followed you back. :) Enjoy the weekend!

  9. I really wish that I could get into her work. But her and Shakespeare...I just can't. :(

Classics, but not for me. A great choice though. Maybe I should have picked Poe's complete works. :)

  11. Lol! I should've chose a Gabriel Garcia Marquez anthology! Since I've read all his work.

You could watch the movie! I haven't watch it, though.
