Happy Friday and welcome to the Blog Hop!
Feature & Follow is a weekly blog hop hosted by the talented ladies behind AlisonCanRead and Parajunkee's View. The intent of this blog hop is to get out there and meet other bloggers and gain new followers yourself. What sets this blog hop apart is the Feature. Each week, two blogs are featured, one at AlisonCanRead and one at Parajunkee's View. So make sure to hop over to those blogs to check out this week's Features.
This week's Features are:

A Readers Sanctuary
This week's question is:
What books are you looking forward to reading in 2014?
For me in 2014, I'm going to be doing some catch up reading. I never made it around to reading some of the latest releases in several of my favorite series in 2013. So, while I look forward to reading this year's releases in those series, I have to get caught up first! ;) There are also a few series I am caught up on and I can't wait to read the next book. Here are a few I'm really anxious to get to:
It looks like I have a theme, huh?!? ;) What about you? What books are you most looking forward to reading in 2014?

Brandee you are the first one that I can say I have heard of all those books! I totally forgot Silver Shadows because I haven't read the most recent book in that series. So nice to see books I recognize! Have a great week and thanks for stopping by.
ReplyDeleteLacie @ Rainy Dayz Reviewz
Yay! And you NEED to read The Fiery Heart...it was AMAZING! Hope your week is off to a great start, Lacie!
DeleteAh, we have very similar tastes! Love all those series, except haven't read Kim Harrison's series yet, but it's on my TBR list! Thanks for stopping by and following. Now following via bloglovin. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDelete~Pam @ Moonlight Reader
I'm glad The Hollows is on your TBR, Pam. It's an incredible series! Hope your weekend was great!
DeleteYou and I just need to be book bffs. The only ones I haven't heard of, and waiting for, are the Ilona Andrews books and I'm going to go check those out.

*ha* Indeed, Denise! I checked out your list as well. :) Hope you had a lovely weekend!
DeleteHuh, somehow, Silver Shadows didn't end up on my list - I am not really sure how that happened. I agree with your list, and please hurry up and read Ever After before The Undead Pool is released.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy for you with all the snow - I hope you're not on shovel-duty today ;) Here, it's raining and raining - it feels like late fall, not the middle of the winter.
I hope you'll have a fabulous Friday, my friend. *BIG HUGS*
Lexxie @ (un)Conventional Bookviews
*haha* I will do my best to read Ever After ASAP, my friend!
DeleteAnd guess what?!? It's snowing again! Nah, I never shovel. ;) James has a snow blower! ;) I hope the rain has stopped. And that your weekend was lovely!!
*BIG HUGS* to you!
Um, yeah, you pretty much covered every book I am dying to read this year!!!! Make me love you for loving these series.
ReplyDeleteLOL Great - we'll have lots to chat about in 2014! ;)
DeleteAll of these are books that i've heard great things about (or if the book isn't released yet then the series). I've only started the Mercy Thompson series out of all of these, however am definitely planning on broadening my horizons soon and a few of these are definitely on my list to do that. Great list!

I thought you might like a few of my picks, Jessica! ;)
DeleteI need to start reading Richelle Mead! I met her last year at BEA and she's so adorable! I'm really hoping to start the vampire academy series, but you know how it is, too many books, not enough time!
ReplyDeleteThanks for following, I'm following you on Bloglovin!
My FF
Oh gosh, Kate! You're gonna LOVE VA! Richelle is adorable and an amazing writer! :) Hopefully you can get to her books soon.

Thanks, Shane! And yeah, you do! Richelle's books are awesome!
DeleteWe are the same. I still have many 2013 books under my TBR that I have to finish reading. I haven't started reading the Bloodlines series yet. I'm waiting for the last book to come out.

Here's my #FF
I'm glad I'm not the only one! ;) LOL I can't believe you're waiting for the entire series to be out before reading it. It's actually a series I'm caught up on! *ha* Thanks for stopping by and for following!
DeleteI'm looking forward to Up From the Grave and Magic Breaks too.
ReplyDeleteI still need to start Meads series. I have the first two books on my shelf.
LOL Wow! I can't believe that I've read - and am up-to-date - on a series that so many haven't even started! ;) Thanks for stopping by, Karen!
DeleteI like your choices! Those are all authors that I really want to read - the cover for Burned is really pretty. I just read Robyn's review of an Ilona Andrews book, and I am dying to read it. :D
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jennifer! Hurry up and read 'em so we can chat! LOL Ilona Andrews...just no words...they are amazing and you're gonna have a marathon when you start them. :)
DeleteI'm ready to read Silver Shadows and Up From the Grave right now. I still need to read both the Kate Daniels and Hollows series, but I plan to start this year. Old follower.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!
YES! You gotta read Kate and the Hollows, Jennifer. Of course, I have no room to talk since I'm not caught up, huh?!? ;) Thanks for hopping by!
DeleteA million YES on Burned plus the upcoming BDB novel & a lot more new books that's too many to mention!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend, Brandee!
Yeah, I can't wait for Burned, Braine! I gotta know what KMM is gonna do next! *ha* I'm not caught up in the BDB series...hopefully this year! ;) I hope your weekend was awesome, my dear!
DeleteGood list. I've heard a lot of good things about Karen Moning's books but I haven't yet picked on up. I guess I should put one of them on my TBR list and give it a try.

Thanks, Laura! KMM's books are phenomenal, IMO. If you read one, let me know so we can chat! :)
DeleteGreat list! I'm behind on Harrison and Frost and Mead. Crap! And I haven't started Moning. But I actually pre-ordered the next Mercy book. Me! In hardback and everything. I'm soooo excited. And I'm dizzy just thinking about another Kate and Curran book. Yay!
ReplyDeleteYou wanna compare 'behind' lists, Robyn?!? I bet I can make you feel better about yours. ;) Good for you with pre-ordering! I haven't done that yet. :) And...I'm behind on Kate & Curran so I've gotta hurry! Oh, and Lexxie's gonna kill me if I don't get caught up on Harrison. :)
DeleteHope you had a great weekend, girl!
